Welcome to Mayutic. By accessing our website (mayutic.com) or using our applications (Prism, Ration, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Mayutic is a product lab that provides various software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools. Each tool’s specific functionality is described on its respective application page.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our applications.

All content, features, and functionality of Mayutic applications (including but not limited to software, design, and branding) are the exclusive property of Mayutic, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Mayutic makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the services, especially for applications marked as “Under Construction.”

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mayutic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dublin, Ireland.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
